Vocational Skills For Youth: Jobs And Pride

Our new training center has equipped 300 young people with in-demand skills in just one year.

From electrical repair to digital design, young graduates are finding stable work or launching their own micro-businesses closer to home.

This initiative was made possible thanks to generous donors, dedicated volunteers and the tireless work of local community leaders who believed change was possible.

Skills That Build Careers

Our team carried out a detailed needs assessment before designing the program, ensuring it reflected the community’s own priorities. Transparent budgeting, regular progress reviews and close coordination with local authorities kept the project on track from day one.

  • Over 800 community members directly benefited within the first phase.
  • Approximately 200 volunteer hours were contributed by local supporters.
  • Sustainability was built in through training and locally owned management structures.
“We don’t just deliver projects — we build capacity, so that communities can continue the work long after we leave.” — Program Director
