Contaminated water caused frequent illness among children and elders. Through community-managed water stations, more than 40 villages now have round-the-clock access to clean, safe drinking water.
This initiative was made possible thanks to generous donors, dedicated volunteers and the tireless work of local community leaders who believed change was possible.
A Thirst That Is Finally Quenched
Our team carried out a detailed needs assessment before designing the program, ensuring it reflected the community’s own priorities. Transparent budgeting, regular progress reviews and close coordination with local authorities kept the project on track from day one.
- Over 300 community members directly benefited within the first phase.
- Approximately 75 volunteer hours were contributed by local supporters.
- Sustainability was built in through training and locally owned management structures.
“We don’t just deliver projects — we build capacity, so that communities can continue the work long after we leave.” — Program Director
